Joaquin Pistokache's 1st Mens Physique Show

Alright guys so as you know, I’m always straight up about everything. Nothing to hide but everything to share. This past weekend I competed in my 1st Men’s Physique show at the Battle on the Bay. Overall I guess I did decent for it being my 1st show. I placed second in my class in the novice division and didn’t place in the Open Division, but I did get second call outs. I only had a couple of months to bulk up before I started my 12 week prep. Prior to even beginning to training hard I had hit a major slump and had fallen off from my workouts, nutrition etc and fell into the one of the worse shapes of my life primarily with how busy I got running my businesses. But like I always do, I just bounce right back and get shit done. One thing I will always admit is that I don’t have all the answers, that’s why I reached out to Pro Bodybuilder Jason Martinez to help me get my ass back into shape. I don’t mind taking the back seat and learning from someone else. I wanted to be a student of the sport and learn from someone who is currently competing. As you can see, Jason did a phenomenal job with me in just a short period of time. I started at 212 lbs then went down to 200 lbs, bulked up to 216 lbs then dropped down to 187 lbs on stage. If anyone (both male and female) is looking for a serious bodybuilding coach to help you get you ready for a show, then I highly recommend him. Once again, this was a really enjoyable/tough experience for me. However, this is only the beginning. In the coming months I’m looking to put on tremendous lean muscle. It’s a process but I love it, and it allows me to continue to represent Pistokache Training in a proud way. Give me a year and watch what I can do. #pistokachetraining
